Amanda Borichevsky

Amanda Borichevsky is Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel responsible for leading the global legal function at Tricentis. A seasoned legal executive, Amanda’s broad experience spans legal, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, corporate development, and legal operations for public and private companies.

Most recently, she held the position of General Counsel at Thrive Pet Healthcare and prior to that, she spent over eight years as Assistant General Counsel and then Associate General Counsel at SolarWinds. Earlier in her career, Amanda was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati specializing in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financings and capital markets transactions.

Amanda holds a B.A. degree from Georgetown University and J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law.
