Companies are making major investments in automation to increase speed to market by embracing continuous testing. One of the chief reasons that these transformations struggle to deliver the desired results is brittle automation which can undermine the trust teams have in the feedback these automated tests are giving. In this talk we will introduce the approach we have taken to develop metrics to evaluate the reliability of the automated scripts developed across the enterprise and how we used that insight to drive change and deliver results.
